Who Owns What?
- You may use any web resolution graphics we create for you, for promotional purposes (flyers, business cards, etc.)
- If you need print resolution graphics, please contact us for a price.
- We retain the copyright on all design and graphics, and reserve the right to feature your website and graphics throughout our website and promotion materials, and that is free advertisement for your site too. :)
- Upon receipt of payment in full, you will be the listed as the domain registrant (owner). Refunds
- Our top priority is our reputation, as well as developing and maintaining a happy client base. However, due to the nature of the custom design services we provide, we are unable to offer refunds, as the time and expense we already invested in the project need to be covered.
- Upon request, we can offer a payment schedule for larger projects. Please contact us for information, prior to any purchase.
