The Design Process
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a request for information required to begin your project. Once that information is received, we will review and communicate with you through email to gain clarification on details. Your project will begin in one to two weeks. Please note that custom graphics take longer, and if time is a concern, you should contact us prior to purchasing, for an estimated time frame.

Within usually 10 working days (Mon-Fri), our designer will have an initial site ready for your viewing. You will be contacted by email. It's at this time you may submit a basic set of revisions if you have any.

After your approval of the finished design, we can help you to create the final files as one of the following formats (you decide):
- PDF (.pdf)
- CHM (.chm), or
- EXE (.exe - created by DNL software) and make sure everything works as promised. When you agree the project is complete, we will send all the source files via CD or zip email so you always have a backup.
